Vision · wireframe · office product

Talk to your agency. S1 does the filing.

One bot on phone and desktop for the office. Type or speak — “Met the Rosella tenant, wants level 3, inspect Thursday 2pm” — and S1 updates the contact, listing, calendar, task and deal room. Screens when you want control. Voice when you’re in the car.

Outcome

Capture once. File everywhere. Act with a tap.

Agents stop retyping the same note into five screens. Principals get a living file without another SaaS login.

1

Capture by voice

Walking out of an inspection, speak the notes. The bot files them against the right person and property — phone or desktop.

2

Knows your S1 data

Ask “where’s the Rosella deal at?” and get the real answer from contacts, listings, tasks, mail and deal rooms — not a blank chat.

3

Acts, with approval

Books, drafts, updates, chases. Anything outbound waits for a human tap. Your reputation stays yours.

01 · Talk

Type or speak on phone or desktop — same bot, same file.

02 · Structure

S1 maps it to contacts, listings, tasks, calendar, deal room.

03 · Propose

Bot drafts the action. You see chips, not silent magic.

04 · Approve

Outbound mail, SMS, calendar invites — human tap first.

Grounded in S1 · vision for bots

The surfaces already exist. The bot is the front door.

Honest label: S1 Bots are vision / wireframe on this page. The data planes below are real S1 product surfaces the bot is designed to talk into.

Prospecting

Pipeline and chase state the bot can read and update.

Inquiry CRM

Contacts and enquiry history — one structured store.

Tasks

Follow-ups filed from a sentence, not a form.

Mail

Approve-first drafts tied to the deal, not a rogue inbox.

Deal Room

Tenant packs and engagement already shipping as a wedge. Bots are designed to update the same deal file when an agent speaks after an inspect.

Calls · consent (vision)

Where voice capture touches phone calls in Victoria, recording consent is part of the design — not an afterthought. Exact live behaviour ships with the product; this page does not claim it is live today.

This page sells S1 Bots only. It does not sell the full Agency OS or a catalogue. Land the office bot; expand later.

Buy vs DIY

Priced under the DIY labour floor

A personal ChatGPT account is cheap until someone retypes every note, invents approve-first, and owns the mess when it breaks.

Fence-sitters buy when the number is obviously cheaper than the retype tax. Hard DIY builders will always build — this page isn’t for them.

At a typical 4–6 person commercial desk, that is roughly ~$50–$75 / active agent equivalent — nested maths only, not how we sell. We do not lead with per-agent seats.

Wireframe only — not live checkout. Route questions to Sasha Gilberg · sg@sash.agency · 0431 619 009. Do not negotiate price in email.

Why office, not seats

Leading with “$99 / agent” trains cheap PropTech seat maths. An office retainer matches how principals buy — one yes for the desk — and keeps the brand in the same band as other Applied wedges.

What’s not in this yes

Deal Room, Inspection Booking, and Custom Brand OS are not on this invoice. This page is S1 Bots only. Land and expand after the team won’t give the bot back.

Year-one snapshot

$299 × 12 ≈ $3,588 before AI usage. Coordinator retype time alone usually clears that. Building approve-first + phone + desktop yourself does not.

FAQ

Short answers

Is this live today?

No. This is a vision / wireframe sales page. S1 surfaces (Prospecting, Inquiry CRM, Tasks, Mail, Deal Room) exist; the bot front door is the product being designed and sold as a draft SKU.

Does outbound go out on its own?

No. Approve-first is the default. The bot drafts and proposes; a human taps before mail, SMS, or calendar invites leave the building.

Included in Custom Brand OS?

Yes — S1 Bots are included in Custom Brand OS engagements. This page is the standalone office SKU for teams that want the bot without buying the whole OS on day one.

Voice and call recording?

Chat and voice into the bot are in scope. Where phone-call recording is involved in Victoria, consent handling is part of the design vision — exact live behaviour will be confirmed at ship, not claimed here as live.
